Some men will always interpret any positive interaction with a woman as flirting.

I'm talking about lingering eye contact. Not just smiling at someone.

I have always been a flirt, and always will be. I flirt, in a weak sense, with both men and women. When I was young, it was a filter. A way of trying to figure out who the serious people were and who the players were. I'd use my intuition to determine how to proceed.

As far as flirting being a selfish/maybe "evil" means of "using" someone else to stroke one's own ego. Well...Let me say this. Love, in the romantic sense, is not unselfish. How many of us would continue to "love" our spouses or lovers if they cheated on us, left us, or stopped doing things that otherwise stroked our egos and made US feel good about ourselves? When people stop meeting our needs, we stop meeting theirs. That's selfish, and that's romantic love. Is it wrong? I don't know, but it's what usually is.

I don't agree with the blogger.

Psychologist say that babies flirt. It's natural. Some people are more effective than others, just like any other form of communication.

That being said, Stacey Dash has the perfect behind.

How do you ENFP's show that you are really interested in someone? (not in a flirty way)

it's hard for me to imagine someone not knowing how their enfp friend felt about them...i think we just kinda say it...right? or...not all of us?

See, this is the where being a flirtatious person can backfire. If you are flirtatious most people assume that's just the way you are and does not reflect on how you feel about them.

I think if a flirtatious person gets extra flirtatious with you that's a sign.

Speaking for myself, I'm more direct. It's preeeeettttttttyy obvious if I'm really interested in someone. I am on it! LOL. Even though I'm not really sure what the definition or understanding of "flirting" other members are using here - basically I will make sure you know I am interested in you by taking it past flirting. Flirting is innuendo and joking and it's meaningless.

My advice is you should never flirting seriously.

So if I'm actually interested in you, I take you seriously? Or else I want you to take me seriously. Or both.
