Default How Rare is this INFJ type Anyway?

Seems like they're popping up everywhere I go, friend-wise. Anybody else know a few?

The bulk of the world's INFJ population has congregated to this forum. If you're curious about the type, look around and stay awhile.

A word to the wise: don't be too vocal in your interest or else the xNFPs 'll get their panties in a twist. Again.

Nearly everyone in the world appears to have an INFJ ex-girlfriend. I think there's some misdiagnosing that goes on as well.

I test everyone whose type I know. I try to think up new ways to get people to take the MBTI test all the time. I like to find commonalities among types. Never have met an ISTP that I know of, but I've met all else.

Not necessarily, could be a coincidence
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?
