You can get better at it!

I'm getting better at trying to get in touch with how I feel about things, something that is probably effortless for you to do. I literally have to set myself aside a few times a day and assess my feelings, and try to identify why I feel that way and what I believe about it.

It sounds silly, but for me the default thing to do in any given situation is to think through the problem, solve it, and move on.

What specifically do you wish to improve?

cus you have Si = off topic

but anyway i think(not sure) every one has every function or something like that.

you become and begin to have a personality when you become comfortable using those functions in the proper sequence(i think).

so you become an ESTP not because you were born that way but because you feel most comfortable using Se, Ti.

but you have to (i think) understand what that function is like or think like people who feels comfortable using these function(get in to their heads/ think like they Do) if you really wanna use it/apply it in your life.

for ex - i always try to think like a NF. and think what would an NF do. and help people and be nice to them.

people = pretty girls with hot bodies and pretty eyes.

Just acting out on impulses. Like sometimes I will feel like saying something, or bursting out with something crazy, but my problem is that I always take time beforehand to think in my mind how something is going to come out, and eventually it just causes me enough anxiety so that it doesn't come out or at least not the way I intended it to, you know?

Looking around and noticing my surroundings, realizing the things in the immediate context, and making decisions based off of what I can see and what's reliable in reality is SO difficult.

On the net there are plenty of links for developing various functions. How to Experience Different Function-Attitudes This one may help you out.

Chapter 3 Immersing in the present context PDF
This is a chapter from a book on how to develop it.

Basically it says, choose something where you use Se. Then get good at it.

EDIT: That link looks dead now. I'll see if I can find it somewhere else.

    Try google books here.
