It's freaky this stuff should come to me in dreams when I was a teenager. I wonder where those dreams came from. As I recall they used just to happen sometimes, and weren't ever associated with any particular person. I don't remember the dreams being the result of meeting anyone or doing anything. They just would just come from time to time, and it'd be disappointing to wake up.

And then I grew up? I haven't had those dreams in a long time.

You must've felt a big urge to share your life with someone at the time. Not saying that's not true now, but dreams are usually triggered by our desires and our environment. Maybe you were at the time constantly reminded of it coz you were surrounded by happy couples, maybe it occupied your mind more then. And maybe it was hormonally driven (though you'd expect some...euhm..more X-rated parts as well then)

    I relate.

It's entirely possible I was busy being oblivious, but I really don't recall those dreams as having any trigger at all. They just sorta appeared, like once every year or so during the late teens, and into the twenties.

A lot of times I think it would've been better if I'd learned about cognitive functions earlier in life. I could've gotten all mystical about those dreams instead of mystified. I could've understood them as products of Ni. I was being taught by yon ye olde universal a priori and I thought it was just a dream.

Well at certain times in certain circumstances, you guys can seem all warm and fuzzy inside. People can't help it, you're just so adorable in that state. that's how I fell for one INTJ girl.

Well that's typically the period when male hormones go into overdrive, so I'm not surprised. You're at your sexual peek then and finding a mate is sorta high on the priority list of your body at that moment

Ahem... I wish to assert these were not "INTJ wakes up gooey on the outside" dreams.

Precognitive, I say, not premarital. The Ni is not for distasteful smut! Those dreams tended toward the lucid and would include some considerable Te input, if not indeed some sneaky Se. They had plot devices and structure... more or less.

And even so, if these were hormone porn, I still propose to count it as mystical.

LOL, your hormones don't only make you lust, they also make you long for companionship. So no, I wasn't talking about that
