Something abou that image just seems like the setting of a romantic movie or something... question what is it about romance and the rain??

Pheromones. The rain has it.

But not really.

It's probably because romance is private (for more intimate personal... stuff) and in the rain, you're either trapped inside, or trapped outside.
Either way, no one else is there....

...in movies.

I think probably the best way to locate an ENFP is to implant a GPS chip in all of them at birth.

Elseways, they'll have wandered off before you finished saying hello.

HAHAHA so true... actually most of my friends will agree with that.. it is actually one of my least desirable traits... I am known for vanishing into thin air... I don't even realise that I'm doing it unless of course there is a conflict involved

There's no shortage ENFPs at events like these.

They find you.

why was jack flak banned anyway? everything he says is pretty on point

Best place to find ENFPs would be in university doing their 3rd degree, though probably still not attending lectures.

trueeeee

ENXPs tend to take lots of random classes like horse back riding, home brewery, pottery, photography, pilates, etc. [...]

And ENFPs are also creatures of habit, so we have our few 'regular' safe spots that possibly break all the 'rules' above. You would have to know the ENFP first to know their hideouts.

hehe it's a little known secret. we have our places. when i'm really confused and lose direction, i have this one place i go to. it'd make a J crack up to hear we're creatures of habit, we just hide our habits well

At the airport..? Places to go, people to see hahaha

basically. i LOVE airports.

You'll find ENFPs in any place that turns on their Ne... they love to learn new things and encounter interesting people. In the last year, I've attended poetry readings, wine tastings, museum exhibitions, and mushroom hunting workshops.

To the outside observer, it might seem that my interests are disjointed. But nothing could be further from the truth. My desire to take in new information, especially relating to people and relationships, is the common thread that holds all my disparate interests together.

I go through analytical phases. So if you want to find a particular ENFP, find out what analytical phase she's in. Is she into jazz music? Go to a jazz bar.

If you just want to find ENFPs in situ, then you have to take a different tack. Go to events where people congregate and that might feed an ENFP's quest to learn cool and interesting things. Social events with cool people, arts events, film festivals. Things that have a creative bent or are people watching extravaganzas. You're likely to see one, but you have to learn how to spot an ENFP in the wild. They are likely to be engaged in a lively discussion... often with lots of gesticulation. They'll be animated, articulate, socially capable, and able to change on a dime.

Oh... and they'll probably be scanning their environment trying to figure out the big picture about what's going on around them.

Good hunting!

Funny. Last night I met up with some friends and went to the university for a screening of a film about a poet who escaped from Nazi Germany and ended up in NZ . Very interesting. He said some very ENFP things by the way. I was sitting with my friends talking animatedly and waving my arms around and suddenly realised quite a few people were staring at me ... oooops ... talking too loudly again

Even as a child, I liked sitting in busy railway stations just watching the people milling around and seeing everything that was going on.

My office is in a boutique DVD shop specialising in films by 'auteurs'. (I find that word horribly pretentious but c'est la vie ...) and it's great to take a break and chat to the staff and customers who certainly know their Film.

OMFG - you ENFPs are so different from me. I feel like a weirdo.

Anyway, you will find me at:

- Libraries/classrooms (studying, teacher, yeah...)
- Bookstores (OMG loveeeeeeee bookstores )
- Music stores
- Video stores
- Museums (love learning new things) and exhibits
- Zoos (love animals)
- Parks, woods, forest, water, anywhere in nature (helps me find myself)
- If I see a cat the little girl in me comes out, "Kittyyyyyyyyyyy!"
- In my room, online, reading, working out, whatever
- With my husband or one or two close friends
- Events I feel passionate about (but I have to be really passionate)
- Little cafés, enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee (NOT watching people, I'm the oblivious one in the corner pondering life, not the extravagant one)
- Groups that share my interests (professional or private)
- Restaurants with a small group of family or friends
- Every once in a while at the theater/movies
- Going for a walk or light jog with my iPod
- Sitting on a bench reading
- Discussing excitedly with people who inspire me
- In the front row of a classroom (partially to do with eyesight - I'm very near-sighted; partially to do with the ability to concentrate)
- In political discussions/debates
- In a garden
- At a castle or some other place of interest, but no tourist traps, please
- Traveling
- Taking the train, the bus, or the subway
- Walking rather than driving

Places you definitely won't find me:

- Clubs
- Bars
- Big, random fucking parties full of people I do not know who are retarded
- Definitely NO OTHER stores (hate any other kind of shopping, and if I have to do it, I look like the Ghost of Christmas Future who is REALLY pissed off).
- Where sketchy people are
- Anywhere where there are heavy drugs or sketchy things going on
- Dealing with people I hate or don't give a rat's ass about
- Anywhere with a lot of fucking noise (I have a problem that my ears are really sensitive when there is no sound, but I'm nearly deaf when there's a lot of background noise).
- Sports stadium
- In front of the television (unless it is to watch a DVD I like, but I do that on my computer mostly) because I never watch TV
- At big concerts
- Big, huge groups of people like big demonstrations or big fucking things like flea markets or weird shit where there are a lot of people in a small space
- Behind the driver's wheel of a car
- On a bicycle (exception: stationary bike)
- In a math class or a sports education class (effffffffffffffffff)
- At a strip club/brothel
- On an assembly line
- At an office job (if I can help it!!!!!!)
- At a skater's joint
- Screaming drunk with a bunch of pseudo-friends in the middle of the night in some random place
- At big social gatherings (if I can help it, and then only when necessary)
- Jogging somewhere outside - I trip on shit easily and get lost pretty quickly
- At a mind-numbing job

I like the small social gatherings -- not loud pseudo-'fun' events!

Yeah, that is a pretentious word. But when I read where you worked, I thought, "Totally Cool!" Hopefully that doesn't make me pretentious, too.

Little Linguist, if you haven't seen Book Shelf Porn, you've gotta check it out. It's AWESOME! I love bookstores and libraries. Used to work in a bookstore and have a savagely large collection of books.

This. You can't have emotionally meaningful connections with a bunch of drunk frat boys. LOL!
