    I was bullied into changing by my therapist.
    It worked. I wasn't happy, but that made it work more, by forcing me to face everything I was holding in.
    But jeez, I hated my therapist.

    Therapy is hard for INFJ's for 2 reasons: They don't like when someone tells them to do something or says something about them because they already think they figured themselves out. problem is that they forgot the feedback side of analysis. Second is that the reason they have trouble with therapists (if you haven't figured this out already) is that they are natural therapists themselves and think they can do the job better.
