ESTJs are generally more active and less lazy than ENTJs from my own experience, and ESTJs are also more dictatorial, detail oriented, and assume control with ease.
@LadyLazarus is a tough choice. I see equal ground for either ISFP or ESFP. The only feasible way to tell would probably be the inferior function.
