You've got to be kidding. What if I went around saying that "most women" prefer medium-to-tall slender men simply because that's my sexual preference, and that anyone who doesn't fit my sexual preferences is deformed and needs to be pitied, which means that guys who are short, muscular and/or overweight can just go get themselves surgically mutilated in order to please me. That is the equivalent of how irritating it is to hear comments about "most men" liking big breasts, which is not only not been what I've experienced in my life so far, but I also don't believe you even have a clue as to what "most men" think anyway. My guess is that you're too busy airing your own opinions to even wonder about what others who are quiet on the subject might be privately thinking. Metaphorically speaking (in honor of you N-people): Some people, if offered the choice between a cupcake and an enormous slab of cake, would prefer the cupcake, because the size is perfect as far as they're concerned, and it tastes exquisite. Others want the sugar rush and go for the big huge slab. It's stupid to think that all people secretly enjoy eating the same size and flavor of cake as you do.

Here MacG in his infinite wisdom created a thread for us to appreciate glorious cleavage and folks have to come in to air their psychological insecurities, gripes and preferences.
Dude, nobody was doing that. I just liked CaptainChick's comments and felt compelled to respond. We all know the original point of this thread. If you want to know, I think LittleLinguist wins my vote for most charming picture. Her photo is expressive and playful, and I think that's great.

Don't take her seriously, she's just projecting her own insecurities.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

Everything appearance based ends up getting dirty.

The thread should, and does, glorify cleavages of all kinds.

    They're lovely.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

Relationships have normal ebbs and flows. They do not automatically get better and better when the participants learn more and more about each other. Instead, the participants have to work through the tensions of the relationship (the dialectic) while they learn and group themselves and a parties in a relationships. At times the relationships is very open and sharing. Other time, one or both parties to the relationship need their space, or have other concerns, and the relationship is less open. The theory posits that these cycles occur throughout the life of the relationship as the persons try to balance their needs for privacy and open relationship.
