All my close friends know I post here and some of them have popped in to check it out, most notably Blackwater and Vortex, but also Nails ("did she really write 1000 posts?" ), Fisherking (who's MBTI certified (and an MBTI geek), but sadly this place didn't take), furbo and A Murkier Sea.

Oh, I am indeed lame. My friends roll their eyes whenever I start analyzing things in terms of functions:

I am lame, however, according to your standard of lame I just might not be.

I do not really know anyone irl who knows about MBTI so I can't really talk about it because it is not a mutually understood conversation topic.

I don't really type people either, (well I do, but the typing system I use is quite juvenile consisting of whether or a not I deem a person as being intelligent or unintelligent, kind or unkind).

I do talk about my forum a lot, but I talk about people, and thread topics, not really about MBTI. So I will be like, "I was arguing with this imbecile today on my forum about religion ..."

I would say, overall it is not my MBTI knowledge or preoccupation that makes me lame, but my love of foruming that makes me, yes, certifiably lame.

I tried to talk about it some with husband but it's awkward. He doesn't understand the interest in personality theory, so I don't anymore.

I always want to be like "here take this test" to people that intrigue me... But that would be weird.

I love your husband's contribution to the forums. He often seems to know just what to say.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.
