Jack's got it nailed. That's why "hair of the dog" is a good hangover "cure."

Eat the greasy stuff BEFORE you drink. It'll kill the buzz but it'll stop/slow down the hangover in process.

Ask a chronic alcoholic. A lot of them never have hangovers. Just keep the blood alcohol level up at all times. It works.

    Sugar, liquids and time.

Skip the ibuprofen and aspirin. They don't mix with alcohol.

You can take Xantac for an upset tummy. Some think that a fizzy, sweet drink works well. Usually because it'll deliver the sugar to your bloodstream faster.

Doesn't hurt to learn from your mistakes along with it all. Or you can just suck it up and decide that's the price you pay for fun.

OH man, about six months ago, my ESFP cohort and I were going through about the worst hangover of our lives on his couch. We sat there motionless and watched the Monsters marathon on the Chiller channel for about eight hours. Monsters being the cheesiest most awful Twilight Zone style show out there, from 1988-89. It doesn't get any better/worse than that.

    I love 'Monsters!'

    That sounds AWESOME!

    LOLZ.

This is why we must drink responsibly.

But yeah, sugar helps you metabolize alcohol. So all those 'skinny' drinks like 'diet pepsi and vodka' will hit you like a mack truck. Especially if on an empty stomach. This is where the stereotype models always passing out comes in.

I carbo load if I know I'll be going out that evening. You know, like a champion athlete. And chase my drinks with ice cream and cake.

    I care about my health.

Dude, there is. Somewhere in Northern Virginia. They also sell pizza. It's open 24/7.

I used to go there. During this time in my life I got progressively and mysteriously larger and larger...

You must see some reallll interesting folks at a 24 hour Carvel....

Was it at least in a downtown-y area or did it take a bit of commitment to get to?
