*narrows eyes* You've moved since '04. Are you telling us you carried this old-ass eggnog with you from one dwelling to the next? Or was it there when you got there?

    It's quite safe.

Cover it with something. Lettuce, perhaps.

Do you eat lettuce in America?
Depends. In Martoon's neck of the woods, they probably eat iceberg lettuce and maybe romaine, if they are feeling saucy. I am a snobby member of the East Coast elite, so I (naturally) eat arugula.

As a matter of fact, it was here when I got here. I'm currently residing with my sister and bro-in-law, and it's their refrigerator. What, did you think I'd have 4 year old eggnog in my refrigerator?

Still, it has to be your fault somehow. Where were you Christmas '03?

About 400 miles southeast of here. You're not pinning this one on me. As unlikely as it sounds, there are things in this world that aren't my fault. Not many, but there are some. And this is one of them.

But... but you're the devil! How can it not be your fault?

Yes, you're quite right. I, too, believe it would be inconvenient for you to leave America for the soul purpose of eating lettuce. Especially as it would be of no inconvenience to eat the lettuce whilst remaining in America.

    Food for thought.

I agree with your 'snobby' classification. I suggest that of those three, iceberg has the the best taste and texture. Although I accept that certain dishes call for a more refined leaf for a catered texture and aesthetic.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

One of my co-workers is an epileptic, so we always keep some romaine and some croutons and olive oil on hand.
