Austin can puss out faster than four fat bitches can sweat in a kennel.

It's always tree-hugging purse-wearing this, or "I<3TEH ENVIROMENT SO ILL HATE SHOPPING BAGS BUT STILL DRIVE A CAR!" meat-hating that..

Texass is so far down the list it is laughable. Let me spell it out for the Tejans since it's a big word: L-A-U-G-H-A-B-L-E.

Don't even get me started on the Rio Grande Valley, aka North Mexico.
Despite the fact it's hilarious that everyone went ape-shit over the BBQ part, THIS was the best you could retort with after getting punked? Food Network : my TV :: Homepage : PC, I'd like to hear what list you're referring to when stating all your facts. I'm a sucker for evidence, and since this looks to be like such a limited list I can only help but think it's a pitiful personal preference created to somehow validate the fact you got faced already and your thread is dying.

Explaining to Tejans why their BBQ is laughable is like a straight person explaining to a gay why they don't like gay sex.

You may dig it, but we just don't care for it.

BBQ Jokes aside, since it's going to rely entirely on personal preference and you're totally convinced that we somehow have a very different way of doing things from ANYone else.. Your ammo is weak, your gun's busted, and the slinger's not going to fix any of it for you. Showing up with a little BBQ spatula to a gun fight will land you a bit more holes than you were born with.

    TX wins.

You've never come out and said Texas BBQ doesn't taste good, which is the final arbiter of whether it's good or not.

Lockhart, Texass, is the "Barbecue Capital of Texas" as proclaimed by the Texas legislature.

Let's see how they make their so-called barbecue:

Central Texas was settled by German and Czech settlers in the mid 1800s, and they brought with them European-style meat markets, which would smoke leftover cuts of pork and beef, often with high heat, using primarily native oak and pecan. Traditionally this barbecue is served without sauce, and with no sides other than saltine crackers, pickles, and onions
WTF is wrong with you people?

If sauce is a necessity then the meat isn't good enough. But that's just my opinion.

BBQ with sauce isn't bad either, though.
