    I had a strange kind of stew or soup made like that only the head was all chopped up. It was spicy, but it was good. My landlord at the time seemed quite amused that I could a) eat it, b) handle the spice, and c) handle chopsticks as good as he did.

    With regard to clams, I withhold judgment... but I've never met an oyster I particularly liked.
