    I'm psychic...

Just kidding, sort of. But I've made it my mission to learn lots of things but by far my greatest skill is, being a cheapskate. If there's a frugal way to do it, I will find it. In the process I've learnt all sorts of really interesting home crafts and real living skills.

Home craft project #96 , Make a compound cross bow. It's for fortifying my medieval wizards tower. Cheaper than guards and way more fun.

I've found I'm quite skilled at being average. I mean that; most people can't cope with it, they spend their entire lives striving for significance and greatness, regardless of how realistic that significance might be for them to achieve. And you can achieve more through being skill-fully average than clumsily significant.

But I can cope with average. And I go to sleep knowing I might not get up again tomorrow, but assured that if I don't; at least people who knew me can alight: "There he goes, averagely, a patron at the bar of adequate mediocrity....and he was ok with that".
'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
    Piglet was comforted by this.

I can hear if a TV or a monitor is on. They make this really high pitch noise. Also, I can make disgusting crunching noises with my neck.

Convincing myself of things that don't exist. Such as an emotion, ability, intention etcetera.

Sadly, I don't know of any real talents I have

I'm a pretty good guitar player. I can sketch drawings really well.
I'm a pretty good writer. Especially in a lot of creative pieces I used to do, readers noticed a distinct quality of atmosphere in my stories.
And I have an exceptional memory.

One area I am fully crippled in is organization and management, and a lot of my friends are really organized.

I was a dodgeball prodigy but no longer. I am still able to dodge slow walkers with shopping carts; it's a useful skill at Costco during the holidays.
