[Interviewer: "What was it like to be defined by being beautiful?"]
Connelly: "It's uncomfortable to talk about - there's no way to come off right! If you say you are beautiful, you sound obnoxious, and if you deny it, doesn't that sound obnoxious?"

Michael Ironside, usually known for playing heavies in B movies, is both an accomplished playwright/screenwriter and a method actor. Picturing him staying in character between between takes on Total Recall is particularly amusing.

Also, he kicked cancer's ass twice.

TIL to play a big chunk of the intro to Pink Floyd's "wish you were here" (by ear) on guitar.

I plan on figuring out the rest of the pieces but I am feeling good at this stopping point.

Alligators lack sex chromosomes so the gender of alligators is determined by the temperature of the egg. Incubation at 33 degrees C produces males and cooler temps produce females.
If bees did go extinct, we could always hire people to dress up as bees and pollinate flowers with tiny feather dusters. Sure it'd be more expensive, but there are also millions of idle teens.
