    Answer honestly please.

This is actually a top secret research about your sexual habits. :>
I like to start with untreated, unprocessed beans.

I'll slowly feel and fondle every part of every coffee bean. Squeeze and grip and caress. Probably lick to test the flavor. I'll then slowly work my fingers to the bean itself, getting closer as I take off the outer layers and continue touching and feeling the bean making sure it's attended to. For quality control of course. I love good coffee.

So as I strip away all the layers, I already begin to test and touch and feel the inside of the bean. This process is called the Wet Process and generates a lot of moisture.

This method allows for the bean to be thoroughly primed and teased and really just bursting with flavor.

After I've got the bean completely stripped, and really begging, the roasting begins. It's already hot and wet from the first process and begins to cause the bean to expand and to change in color, taste, smell, and density.

It helps to flick the bean at this point.

Once the bean hits 347 °F it becomes exothermic, and is extremely eager for insertion. Into the coffee grinder, of course.

But insertion takes longer than one would think so I take my time and insert at a variety of speeds and depths, at points keeping a steady pace, while slowly increasing speed and depth, paying attention to the bean to feel what it wants and needs.

Then after an hour or two of this, as the water is at maximum boiling and really splashing around, and the bean begins to be utterly exhausted, I use a french press and give it one good shove and then the coffee kind of explodes out of the coffee grounds.

Then it's ready for consumption! Sometimes you get an unexperienced coffee drinker that spits it out (*gasp) but it's usually all swallowed. Quality coffee truly is good to the last drop.

But hey, that's just me and how I like my coffee.
I've had this ice cream bar, since I was a child!

With a mix of two different creamers (usually french vanilla and hazelnut), along with a small packet of sweetener. That helped me a lot during Finals Week at college.
