    Fever Pitch

    I just walked right out of the theater.
    You hem me in -- behind and before;
    you have laid your hand upon me.
    Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

    Can you give us some more and perhaps even colorful detail regarding this?

    It was just so uninteresting and predictable. The acting was bad and I couldn't take it seriously or be entertained by it. It was a long time ago, but that's my impression from memory.

    I also tend to tune out of movies that are super boring. I blanked out and started perusing the ol' Internet while World War Z was playing on Netflix. I "made it" from start to finish, but I don't think that counts because I missed chunks of plot.

    However, Day of the Dead somehow kept me engaged.

    Off the top of my head:

    - "Waterworld", because it was really long and boring
    - "In Bruges", because I thought the viewers were expected to laugh at the child dying (which it turns out was not the case), and I was NOT okay with that
    - Not a movie, but I rage-quit in the middle of the pilot episode of "Girls" -- could not STAND Hannah's boyfriend

    No -- seems like the sort of movie I'd need to see with someone else. But every time someone's over and wants to watch something, we end up going in a different direction.
