those are great beds and you don't burn, but still damaging. they'd like you to believe that it's not but i'm not buying it.

Just wear your tinfoil helmet when you go in, you'll be ok!

I don't know if this works to protect your skin, but what I used to do (back in the day when I was quite tan) was put on sunblock all over my body, and then spray spf 8 coconut (banana boat) tanning oil on myself and rub myself down. Feels good man.

    Cool man

Maybe I'll do this. I don't want to pass up the coconut oil (no homo).

I am going to the gym now, too. I am not shallow, I swear. I just want to look good for L.A., and not a white, doughy blob. . . Like Pop N' Fresh, with dork glasses.
Who wants to try a bottle of merc's "Extroversion Olive Oil?"

I'm getting back into the gym too. I wish I were more consistent with gym routines. We'll see how this goes. The past two workouts have been enjoyable, so that's good.

I'd give you my genes for tanning if I could, I don't burn unless I'm out in the sun all day (5 plus hours) and then it's only my nose cheeks and shoulders. I don't know how to tan, I just tend to tan. Never been a concern for me, but go walk around with your shirt off on a sunny day I guess. I don't know if you burn or not. you could always wear a speedo so you're legs would get tanned and if you have a back yard with a fence go outside naked and bake.
    In no likes experiment.

    that is all

i dunno what else to say so
