I'm 23 and I'm always forgetting my age. I don't care about my age, though. That might be it.

I tried to recall just now and had trouble.

The only times I forget are shortly after I've had a birthday. So no, not really.

I rarely think about ages. I did last night though, someone at work actually asked if I had my AARP card??!!!

yeah i forget sometimes. i'm quite sure of my age right now, but starting in my late 20s it did seem to kind of start blurring together. same thing with what year it is. isn't it 2012 still?

I'll read about someone in the paper or someplace and they'll list their age and I'll think, oh, well they're older, so it's ok that they've accomplished all of this and I haven't. And then I realize they are actually six years younger than me, that I'm not 31. Boo hoo.

Seriously, this happens all the time. I think it goes along with the fact that my body doesn't operate on standard time. So often I remember things that happened when I was five better than things that happened yesterday.

the year thing still gets me I always think it's 10 years earlier ie 2003 and that the 90s just ended

hmm, interesting replies. No, I don't forget. Just before my birthday I am already thinking of myself being that age, like prepping for it or something.

How do you remember some random number? I've actually had to look up my phone number a few times, because it had been a really long time since I gave it out, plus I have no reason to call myself.
