    Well, I actually typed as an INTJ for quite a while before, but once I looked at Sensing v. Intuition, i realized that i am hands down a sensor. After looking at ISTJ, and not having the cognitive functions suit me, i figured out that I must be ISTP.

    I think you're right in thinking I vibe like an intuitive Fi dom, by the way. It's just that my preferred form of perceiving is Ni/Se. Ne/Si ... does not fit me well. It would be convenient if it did, but it doesn't. Which is why, ultimately, I'm rejecting INFP in favor of ISFP.

    I guess I'm willing to consider other enneagram types. Some of the 9 descriptions fit really well, which is why I went with it, but other types like 4 might merit another visit.
    Well it's no easy task to identify one's tert function and yes maybe it's not the mbti type that should be questioned, maybe it's the enneagram type.

    Lolz, it's not as simple as that. Infact i made a good point for it being supported by Si and 5w6 function.

    You could use what i said and point out that critical thinking it more of an Si analysis before jumping the you are a troll gun.

    Maybe hermione would have figured that out.

    @Riva

    1) If I was "jumping the you are a troll gun", it's because you are one of several forum members who I've never been able to read well, and I've found it's better to be safe than sorry, with you and with the others. Better to end up in these confrontations, than to be successfully trolled and therefore humiliated.

    2) That last line was trying to goad me into a debate by insulting me. I have no desire to dignify that tactic with a response.

    Si is a perceiving function. There's no way to attribute critical thinking to it in a way that is internally consistent with Jungian theory.
