    --become president

--take people into a building where you are going to give them ice cream

--but really you are gonna give no ice cream, instead you kill them all with radiation

    --take their technology and possessions

--grind bodies up for food to nourish the empire

--use their possessions in army and invade countries

--rape and torture everyone in these countries. preferably while your soldiers are on psychoactive drugs

--destroy all their buildings and scorch their land

I fantasize about doing this to all the human race.

^^^ Eh, not all that subtle.

To instigate a blood bath subtly requires an understanding of people and their situations, being able to position things to create and amplify conflict, and having hair-trigger ways for people to propagate violence. Empathy is very helpful in this.

-Subtly send Russian Tanks into Crimea under the innocent guise of "protecting the democratic process of Ukraine by ensuring Crimea has a say in who runs the country"
-Follow footsteps of Soviet Union by beginning to slowly take land using similar tactics mentioned above
