Even though I am an adult (well as much as being in my early 20’s will allow me to call myself that) it’s so embarrassing looking at those kinds of scenes with them present.
Yeah... ever see that movie Threesome? I watched it with my mom years ago without knowing that the title wasn't just some play on words. That became really fucking awkward. Similarly, I watched Chasing Amy the first time with my mother and her analysis of the film pissed me right off. I said, "wow, can you believe that?" and she replied, "yeah, makes no sense. Why would he want her when she'd been with so many other people?" "Mom, you totally missed the point!"

As to the most embarrassed I think I've ever been, there was one time I was at the beach and I saw my sister in the water, so I went to talk to her and when I got there for some reason I didn't recognize her anymore. I thought I'd mistaken some stranger for my sister so I stuttered out some made-up explanation for what I was doing there. It really was my sister though! I can't even remember what she said but I felt really stupid. I doubt she even remembers this. Then there's those times when I was hitting puberty and my voice/body were pretty out of control and people noticed. Ugh. How embarrassing.

Holy shit, that's funny and awful.

Once in high school, I was waiting outside the bathroom for my girlfriend when one of her female friends, a mutual friend of ours, walked up to me and happily went, "Stephen!" put her hands on my shoulders and KNEED ME IN THE FUCKING BALLS. I dropped like a sack of flour. She walked gleefully away. It was a joke! My girlfriend comes out of the bathroom and is like, "What are you doing? Let's go!"

LOL I Do That Too! It’s horrible .IDK why I don't just say excuse me but I don't want to bother them smh. Once I just stood in the door way for like 5 min waiting for my boss to get off the phone. I’m pretty sure he thought I was eavesdropping. He gave me the 1 min finger signal and closed the door lol

I often get special treatment/promotions/raises at a rate advanced from my peers. Sometimes I feel it distances me from them, though I have had no real explicit concerns.

Also, I hate doing something wrong. My face gets hot and I want to jump off the nearest cliff.

What in the hell? If these are examples of your most awkward moments I feel sorry for none of you. Pfft. Introverts.

I'm not quite sure how I did it but I was at a gigantuan Halloween party and I accidently flipped over some dudes wheelchair...and I believe he was dressed as a Druid maybe. But his robe costume was silky...and all I saw was him just slide away...across the floor into the crowd (so many people there dancing) and I couldn't find him. His wheelchair was so heavy it took me a while to get it upright... and then I looked and looked for him. OMG it was so embarrassing...when I finally found him...some guys had to help me... This Druid never spoke or looked at me again.

There was another time when this guy was talking to me about his prestiges job at Honeywell...but the whole time I thought he was talking about Honey Bucket...so I was just like thinking in my head 'weird how proud he is'...and the questions I was asking him were so off and eventually revealled the whole Honey Bucket thing.

^^I could go on forever here.

OMG....LOL This is horrible.I don't think this is as bad but I went shopping with my sister once and I kept hearing this ehhhhh eraaahhhh ehhhh sound. It was like everywhere we went there was that noise. It was the most annoying thing in the world and at one point I could have sworn it was over the intercom. So I finally just said at an audible level "what is that noise OMG whoever is doing it just stop!! It's so annoying" It turns out some mental retardation association had taken some of its members on a shopping trip and everyone in the store I guess knew that but me. Apparently one of the care takers heard me and kindly escorted her group out of the store. I felt so bad but I really had no idea that they were all making that noise because they couldn’t help it... In my defense I never seen the people in the store to begin with. I felt like such a jackass.

Crossing the street at a busy intersection without a "walk" signal. Is there any etiquette on who should go first if we get there at the same time, me or the car? Because I missed it.
