Then everyone would naturally separate/specialize, and we would define a new MBTI with each type defined as a certain distribution of functions within the old ENTP type.
EDIT: Because, I don't think types are really defined by comparing the exact number of uses of a function to the opposing one. For example, I think everyone uses T more than F, and we've just defined the dividing line in a way that maximizes the difference in groups.
It would be lot's of fun till everyone starved to death.

How about power struggles, ENTPs tend to have very forceful personalities.
actually ENTPs do take responsibility if there is no one else to do it (or when they realize that they can do a much better job than the person who is taking responsibility). therefor i dont think that people would starve to death. and they'll be happy enough to be led by someone whom they think is doing a good job. so i dont think there will be power struggles either.

I reckon we'd rock. There'd be no prejudice, for a start. It'd be like... pirate world. A world full of Jack Sparrows... some more honest and stuff, but all cool
Power struggles, my butt! Assertive isn't the same as forceful. Usually we're happy to let the ENTJ's do the forcing. We just advise them on how to do it most effectively (and to our advantage, heh).
We have a work ethic. We just work for ourselves and not other schmucks. We'd get along just fine TYVM.
Of course, the world would be spiritually revolutionary, full of structure, progression, no partying at all. Really. Everyone would be nice and law abiding of course. No one would ever argue. Nope. Not at all. Everyone would get along and there would be peace and happiness
Manipulation doesn't exist. Nope. Not in an ENTP world.
"How dreadful!" cried Lord Henry. "I can stand brute force, but brute reason is quite unbearable. There is something unfair about its use. It is hitting below the intellect." ~ Oscar Wilde - The picture of Dorian Gray
Seriously, it would be fun for a while, but after all the stores were looted, and the electricity stopped working, we'd basically go back into the mid 1800s in terms of living, except it would be ultra fun.
