I made some muffins yesterday using a highly rated recipe, but they didn't turn out that well. I must have screwed something up. Might have been better off buying muffins or maybe going to the coffee shop for carrot cake. That coffee shop has some good carrot cake.

Try using it for them. You might get better results.
