    Default The official purchases thread

This is a place to share recent purchases. They did this frequently at another forum I used to visit.

Got a new DVD? Got a new musical instrument? Got a new article of clothing? Got a new blow up doll? Let's see stuff.

I can't speak for the other INTs, but I can safely say that I rarely buy luxuries. I'll spend less than $100 a year. And that's usually on rare DVDs.

However, I did recently buy a set of headphones (Sen' HD202s). I watched Mind Game last night, they seem pretty good.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

I'm not out of control but I enjoy buying things when I have the opportunity to. I like DVDs a lot but I usually end up selling a bunch of them. It's a cycle of buy/sell.

    I'm not a big clothes/apparel shopper regularly.

My girlfriend got me into this show, and now I am pissed cause I don't have Showtime to watch the new season.

But we just picked this up, so I will try to pace it and watch one episode a week.

^Have you checked itunes for current episodes?

That's how I stayed current with 'Rescue Me' when Season 4 was airing.

what's worse is when you get cable, and for the first few weeks you have showtime so then you're like yay weeds and dexter and then it turns out it's a trick but luckily I know where to go to watch the eps online so I can't justify paying extra.
    In no likes experiment.

So what do you do in your free time?
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”
