Blue or green eyes + black hair and a cute face does it for me.

Edit: And I like my Hermaphrodites to have rainbow-colored hair.

Aye. One only has to look at the difference between a typical 20 year old Australian and a 50 year old Australian to see what all that sunshine does to overtanned europeans.

I like dark brown hair on guys, and I think most shades of brown look nice on myself and other women. (I haven't dyed my hair ever, but it is darkens as I age, and lightens in the sun, so I've known it to be many different shades).

Yeah..no kidding. I had no idea! This thread is fascinating.

Another reason I need to move to another continent, where blondes DO get the love! (and then that would line up with my preferences as well!)

Same here. Pale is awesome, and so is light hair.

They do here, just not as much.

Interestingly, I noticed that where you are there are more blonde-haired (and especially blue-eyed) people than anywhere else I've been in the US. Another place comes close, but they're all inbred in this other place, which doesn't appear to be true there.

When I got a haircut yesterday, the hair cutting person (can't recall what her card said) commented about my fine blonde hair (which isn't that light), and her comment seemed to indicate that natural blonde is unusual around here.

The poll seems to indicate that us poor blonde males are even worse off.
    I 100%, N 88%, T 88%, J 75%

Disclaimer: The above is my opinion and mine alone, it does not mean I cannot change my mind, nor does it guarantee that my comments are related to any deep-seated convictions. Take everything I say with a whole snowplow worth of salt and call me in the morning, if you can.

There's a difference between having fair skin and being pale... pale brings to mind not merely a lack of color, but a lack of radiance... there are many "white" women with beautiful skin who just bowl me over... I'd say Jennifer Connelly, the woman I've had the biggest super self-destroying crush on since I saw her, 11 years old, in "Rocketeer", has very fair skin... but she's not pale...

On the other hand, women like Kate Moss... their paleness doesn't excite me...

(yes yes... I know it's all subjective)

Not a big fan of red. Anything else is fine. It doesn't really matter to me. I was born blond and my hair had turned brown by the time I was a teen. It's dark brown around my ears and it gets lighter the farther up my head it grows. On top it may be dishwater blond or light brown. (Gets more sunlight on top?) It seems to be an extremely average color around here and it's not something I ever think about.
