Further, it's actually exactly what it looks like. That's not some fake model cheesecake. It's gotta be like a bajillion calories. I'd have to share that.

I really would love some of the little mushroom appetizers from there. Tasty.

    Chipotle
    Noodles and Co.
Popeyes if I'm going for chicken... so glad that they're reopening here!
Panera, because the lunch options are awesome

we have a lot of excellent family run restaurants around where I live and not that many chain restaurants, so I rarely get to eat anywhere on my list

on another note, I've NEVER eaten at McDonalds

I am surprised how many people like Chipotle. I personally can't stand it.

I love the portabello mushroom burger at cheesecake factory, but I was disappointed with their eggs benedict.
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

hah! Where I live, the owner of several KFCs went bankrupt and Popeye's bought them out. KFC can't compare to Popeye's.

I've never eaten at Chipotle and have no reason to, seeing as that I'm virtually surrounded by authentic Mexican restaurants and sometimes taco trucks.

Note that I am also surrounded by real Italian restaurants, but none of them have Pope tables.

They'll also substitute a veggie pattie for free for the not meat inclined.

Another favorite is Kabuki (also west coast only apparently). It is a Japanese restaurant that I really enjoy. I recommend the beef teriyaki with some sake.

You're the only other person so far in the thread besides me who strongly values ambiance/theme/decor.

I was just thinking that I actually loved the smaller, cramped one in Santa Monica because it looks more authentically like a basement.

I know McDonald's, Burger King, and Subway. Of these, I prefer Subway.
