If it's gothy synthpop circa mid-late 80s, then yes. I got rhythm.

But any of that booty-shaking, hiphop move-busting, and no. Not so much.

I can dance pretty well. I pick up on choreography pretty easily, too, but remembering it's another story. I wish I'd had more dance training when I was growing up.

I can feel the beat...I'm pretty rhythmic and I could probably play the drums decently. But I cannot dance at ALL. There is some kind of disconnect between knowing the beat and commanding my limbs to do the correct thing. I mostly just look like I'm drowning. I did take a ballroom class once, but that's different than social dancing.

I've played drums for like 12 years, so I've got something I'd say.

I rule at steering wheel drumming to Blink 182's "Enema of the State" album by the way. Not only is it a lot of fun, but it's fun to the point of risking my safety by delaying turns until off-beats or pauses, and, well... just totally half assing my driving because drumming is funner. Get in the car with me and hear "Dumpweed" start playing... I'd suggest hitting the disc changer button.

Nope, I'm great with the beat/rhythm part, I can play guitar, piano and drums...

However, I cannot dance at all. (therefore, I don't, unlike some people I know) Being white and 6' 3" may have something to do with it, along with me having no interest in it.
