    I do this too! I've been told it's strange and that as a girl, half my closet should consist of shorts, skirts (short ones) and dresses (also short)...go figure.

    edit: stupid fact...for some reason I have memorized there are about 2.54 CM per inch even though I hardly ever use that conversion and I can still play the recorder that I learned in elementary school.

    That conversion thingy made me think about this: I read a lot of fantasy fiction, and whenever there are miles, feet or inches, I stop reading to convert to metric. If you tell me how tall the giant is, I want to know!
