I like a woman who can love.

I like a woman who can love because she enables me to love too.

Sigmund Freud said we are well when we can love and work. And I think this is true except I would add, 'work creatively'.

I'm not sure who you're attempting to insult more with these idiotic claims, women or men...

I'm not sure which of the following to reply with:
    • As it stands, though, if I had my way, I'd demand that everyone bring me beer and food, regardless of gender.
    • Next, women will be demanding that they lead half of all ballroom dances as well. When will it end
    • Men be all like dis, women be all like dat
    • I'm glad that the OP could provide us with an unbiased viewpoint of all men
    • And what do you provide for the woman?

Those all sucked. I'm glad that I didn't reply

    1. does he fuck well?

    2. does he cook well?

That's all. The rest, intelligence, humor etc, are just possibles bonus assets who must not enter in conflict with the 2 top criterias. The thing is that the more educated they are, the more "intelligents" men seem to forget that if they can't bring good sex and good food to their woman, they make his life miserable and can't save that with a master degree or a nobel price.

What woman wouldn't want a man who could fuck and cook well? In fact, would any women put these in their top criteria for partners? Its not that part (the two first criteria) that have offended people in this thread methinks. Its that these are the only criteria, and that the other areas such as intelligence and humour (seemingly, personality too) are deemed unimportant.

What do these desires say? That the desirer has no want for an actual relationship. He/she does not want an exchange of personality, thoughts or feelings. He/she does not want what the vast majority of humans crave in their coupling relations; to feel close to another. He/she simply simply once a cold exchange of assets that could be bought as easily. In other words, he/she is severely emotionally abnormal and in no way represents the general wants and desires of most men or women.

    Prove me wrong.
    Right on Nancy!

What I don't like here is the judgment on both sides. You know it's okay to be a woman who enjoys sex and cooks well, who likes to be submissive and sensual, it doesn't mean she's stupid or uneducated.

On the other hand, it's wrong for Speed to attempt to speak for all men, which is probably what is creating these defensive reactions.

As I said earlier I dont even think it is the two criteria in themselves that offend people, it is that these are the only two he goes by. You add "submissive and sensual" to speed's list under the radar, but Id count these as elements of personality, a personality which would come under the "bonus" heading of speed's apparent desires. If his important criteria had been:

    1. does she fuck well?

    2. does she cook well?

    3. does she have a personality I like?

Well, I dont know about other people on this thread but Id be much more relaxed about it. At least then it seems like the common man is maybe interested in more than a maid they can get free sex from. Though his presumption to know the desires of others would still be galling.
I hope I'm wrong, but I believe that he is a fraud, and I think despite all of his rhetoric about being a champion of the working class, it will turn out to be hollow -- Bernie Sanders on Trump
