    well when it does happen, don't panic, because I panicked, & it just got worse.
    Yeah, I can do that with words, faces, places, ideas, etc. Just mentally deconstruct them until it almost seems like gibberish. Funny how much meaning we do inlay into raw data....

    Yeah, happens a lot, but it's definitely the worst when it happens with my own name because I have a minor episode of existential angst where I wonder, "Who am I?"

    Yes, but not in any potent way. Since it is a recurring phenomenon with a short life span, the feeling of absurdity prevails.
