Why are guys expected to do this? Rigid gender roles and rituals are way too SJ for my tastes.

We're a bit of a distance apart, too, so it's not quite that easy. Apparently the other match was people that are close together geographically.

Awh, I thought you had a harem of NTPs to play with

I believe that when you meet a woman you're interested in you'll move forward and do what needs to be done. I know it's more difficult for introverted people. I would say when L and I met the feeling was mutual and we were communicating online therefore we were easily accessible to one another.

Dating was horrible for me. I would go out on a date and count the minutes till it was over. Getting to know someone over the net is easier imo.

Well, I PM'd Jen with the alphabetical members list yesterday, and I haven't heard anything. The thing is, I was on my list, so by definition, I should be a match. But I'll never know, because Jen hasn't told me about it.

It's too bad. I think I could have been very happy together.

I could always ask you out for dinner when you come up. Sure I could find someplace. Especially on a night when goulash was being served for dinner.

That is going to be one sexy date. Really, though, any time goulash is involved, everyone knows how the night's going to end.

EDIT: OMG, my avatar is so hot.

EDIT 2: That pic used to be hanging on my wall. Don't ask.

    I... suppose. Yeah!

Hehe, I meant to escape the goulash.

Though if nothing else I can always drag him into the backyard and play lightsaber duels.
