Socks have changed drastically for me the past year.
My old way: Buy 3 new packages of white, ankle-length cotton socks of all the same brand/style, usually the walmart brand. Keep using them until it gets annoying that I only have 6 days of socks left because the rest vanish, turn them into cleaning rags, and then go do it all over again. I also had 7 pairs of military socks that I would wear for said job.
Currently? I have all kinds of shit everywhere. Hiking socks, running knee high socks, winter socks, work out socks, casual socks, dressy classy socks... it's pretty ridiculous. Kind of cool having options though.
Kantgirl: Just say "I'm feminine and I'll punch anyone who says otherwise!"
Halla74: Think your way through the world. Feel your way through life.
Cimarron: maybe Prpl will be your girl-bud
prplchknz: i don't like it
several drawers full if I count them all... I have about 20 pairs in regular rotation... they're all the same make and feel the same on my feet, so I throw them all in the same bin and just draw two out to wear. My socks rarely match and they are all bright colors and designs, so I'm usually identified at work by my socks
