The only requirement is that I stay up long enough as to be on the verge of passing out prior to attempting to fall asleep, otherwise I don't sleep for more than 3 hours without getting all anxious. I frequently emerge from my slumber because my brain suddenly snaps and remembers something it ought to be doing or could be doing besides sleeping.

Darkness or some kind of nightlight?

Darkness but it doesn't matter if the curtains don't black out sunlight since I only sleep for 4 - 5 hours.

    Noise or complete silence?

    Reasonable degree of quiet.

    How much clothing?

Depends on the time of year how much clothing and whether I'm sleeping alone. But I have to have at least one goose down pillow (back sleeper so any pillow too high drives me nuts and gives me a sore neck the next morning), down bedding both comforter and mattress top.

    Alone or with someone else?

I sleep better alone, that is if we're talking solely about sleep.

I need either silence or true white noise. I can't stand sleeping in the same room as people who need a tv show to be on in the background while they fall asleep. I like it perfectly dark but can deal with some light.

I need my bottom sheet to be untucked.

-45C to +45C/11xF temperatures, I always need a blanket on top of me when I sleep.

Ideally I need to shut out all ambient light at night. Sleeping masks are great. I can sleep well with ambient noise or total silence, noise outside of that (weird bass coming through the wall, speech from a solitary TV) will eventually wake me up and make me cranky. Street noise is like a lullaby to me, I spent my formative years living in apartment buildings in a gigantic city so that's probably why. Sleeping naked can be very comfortable sometimes, other times a footed onesie just really hits the spot, ya know? With someone else that I'm comfortable with or alone. Sleeping in a bed with someone you don't know very well is NOT comfortable. At least for me. If I'm comfortable with them because I know the person well then I sleep fine. The more comfortable/more I like someone the better I sleep. I used to refer lovingly to my first gf as "a human body pillow" and she would get terribly offended. Silly INFPs.

    Darkness.

    Noise or complete silence?

Either, though I like some white noise like a fan.

    How much clothing?

Not much, the damn down comforter is on the bed year round anyway.

    Alone or with someone else?

I like falling asleep with someone, but like sleeping alone.

Darkness or some kind of nightlight?

    Either way.

    Noise or complete silence?

Can do either. Noise bothers me sometimes, but I suspect it's only when I'm going to have trouble sleeping anyway.

    How much clothing?

Enough that if I have to run outside if my building catches fire or to chase down a ninja, I won't be breaking any decency laws. Otherwise it's based on weather.

    Alone or with someone else?

    Alone, or sombody I'm into.

I'm good to go after about 6hrs of sleep.
I'm a morning person and am usually up at 8am.
I go to bed anywhere from 9-11pm.

I cant sleep if it's too bright, but I can nap in a room with the shades drawn during the afternoon if need be.
I've fallen asleep during movies and while my bf plays videogames, so I don't think silence is a requirement.
I like to sleep in panties only in the summer (or completely naked) and with flannel pj bottoms in the winter (topless), I am generally too hot or too cold otherwise.

I prefer to sleep with someone. We don't have to be snuggling, but I feel happier going to sleep/waking up with someone beside me.
