I got a taste for Venezuelan and Mexican telenovelas during my time in Spain. And since they don't show them over here, I have to actively hunt for them to watch them online or on DVD. Not regularly, but a few times a year it suddenly hits me and I start a telenovela marathon. Pseudo-rationalizing it as a sociological anaylsis of local mores or sociolinguistics doesn't really work either. But it's so much fun.

Plus, some have Fernando Colunga in them!

For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

I'm currently not watching any, as I have some big exams coming, but these would be my favorites:
El Chavo del Ocho (old and classic mexican sitcom)
    Dragon Ball Z
Pokemon (the classic one, with 151 pokemons)
    Saint Seiya
    Street Fighter II Victory
    Doug
    Pinky and the Brain

Edit: I also used to watch ''Being Erica''. It helped me to understand feelers (and feelings in general) better. The main character plays ENFP quite well.

You're ashamed to admit you watch Pinky and the Brain?

Most cartoons I feel kind of silly about enjoying so much, like Invader Zim, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog. But I'm not too worried about those.
