Just kidding. I'm totally not embarrassed.

The most embarrassing:
Jerseylicious- I think I watch this every now and then mainly because I would like to see the sleazy blonde one with the big hair slapped down.
Ace of Cakes-this one is good because there are so many personalities that work there. It's like an MBTI show.
Not as embarrassing:
The Colony (Discovery channel I think)
Walking Dead (short series that finished recently)"At points of clarity, I realize that my life on earth is meaningless, and that I am merely a pawn in a bigger game. A game I cannot possibly understand or have control of. Thankfully, before depression sets in, I drift back into my cloudy, bewildered daily routine." **Joel Patrick Warneke**

I suppose it is a bit embarassing when I watch those marathons of Man vs. Food and other food-centered shows, the epically huge portions fascinate me... but I'll redeem myself somewhat by blaming it on my love of travel.
I watch a lot of the shows mentioned here (mostly the "kiddy" shows and not much at all of the reality shows) but I am not embarassed in the least by them.

Soap operas...particularly the Spanish ones...The drama is just hilarlious.
I also watch QVC to see what silly stuff they are trying to sell, and the silly things they say to sell them.
Same goes with any Lifetime movie...They are just really funny to watch because of bad acting, drama etc. Wife Swap may be another one of those guilty pleasures.
There are others that I should probably be embarrassed about, but I'm not. The only reason why I find those semi-embarrassing is because no one (even my parents or closest friends) would expect that I would watch such things.

uh oh...i'm tellin' mom."In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay one invincible summer."
A Christian's life may be the only Bible some people ever read.

I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ" Gandhi

I used to watch Saved by the Bell back in the day. Then several years later, I'd watch the reruns for the nostalgia effect.INtp
