I sure got a crush on her after seeing her on ER. Yowza.

Yes, I agree "Clueless" is a great guilty pleasure, as was "Cruel Intentions."

"Pretty in Pink" and "Valley Girl" too.

Okay and being totally honest here, I used to always watch "Mystic Pizza" each time I saw it on too, but now I am thankfully over that particular madness.

There was some other movie in the 80s (I think) that I cannot remember the name of but the guys were in boarding/prep school and the one guy had the affair with the other's mother. Anyone remember the name of that one?

I love it. It's like INFJ justice. Of course when I tell people that they give me a nervous look and back away slowly.

I love survivor horrors, somehow theres something SP about it.. improvising at the moment and being the hot chick kicking ass...

The Resident Evils. I wish Milla Jovovich was my mum

    Possum: "Mummy, I'm hungry."

Milla: "WHAT? AGAIN?" *turns and frowns at me with her kill-bill eyes*

    Doom the movie.

Silent Hill. I watched it twice and played the games.

    Jurassic Park.

Not really embarassed but it is cheesy -- Karate Kid!! And when I met a girl who looked like Ralph Macchio you can best believe I got the digits.

I can't think of any more right now...

I did enjoy 13 Going On 30 much more than I thought I would (as in, at all). That's maybe one movie I am embarassed to say out loud I like. Because you know, it's a chick flick.

The music is terrible but the story is actually very beautiful

There was also another movie from the 80'ies what I liked when I was younger. It was about a boy who was a bit poor an he lived in a trailer park. This boy's favourite hobby was playing one of those videogames. He was so good in that star wars-type of a game that he was actually recruited to become a star fighter and then he saved the world or something like that. I really cannot recall the name of that movie...
(edit) I found that movie: It's the Last Starfighter.

I loved Tom Cruise's movie Coctail as a teenager. These days that movie + that kind of movies make me feel like this:

Okay, I'll confess... I like the scenes in the Home Alone movies in which the kid sets all the traps for the crooks, and the crooks walk into them. It's three-stooges comedy, but I laugh at it. Every time.

"That's crazy... who would soak a rope in kerosene?"

What's wrong with The Three Stooges? Don't you like physical comedy?
