I sound more like Tom Waits than I sound like the girl. I won't have to invent the better mousetrap. They'll all beat a path to my door, bearing letters and lozenges.

Alcohol is the biggest problem in my family. I approve of none of it, Tom Waits notwithstanding.

Default A place to drunk post

Is this appropriate? If you are drunk then this can be where you talk to people and act a fool. I think it's a good idea but the majority may disagree.

Is it alright to come here sober and take advantage of you all?
Why do we always come here?

    I guess we'll never know.

It's like a kind of torture,
To have to watch this show.

A week of work makes you drunk? What's your job? Beer filter? And are you not allowed to sleep at all?

Naw. It's just that ending a week of work = justification for being drunk.

Relationships have normal ebbs and flows. They do not automatically get better and better when the participants learn more and more about each other. Instead, the participants have to work through the tensions of the relationship (the dialectic) while they learn and group themselves and a parties in a relationships. At times the relationships is very open and sharing. Other time, one or both parties to the relationship need their space, or have other concerns, and the relationship is less open. The theory posits that these cycles occur throughout the life of the relationship as the persons try to balance their needs for privacy and open relationship.
