I saw some peacocks a few days ago.
One was white. Another was really lame, with just a bunch of faded colors.
It looked like a peahen, but sure enough, it was male.
It had the tail feathers.
A white peacock... albino? Wow... I've seen dull colored males though. It's a part of uhhhh sexual selection strategies (according to us silly human scientists anyhow). To look nonthreatening to the brightly colored males and sneak in mating with the peahens. *shrugs* Go figure...
