i must agree with marm about that pimp smiley. it's the stupidest smiley ever hatched. it looks like it was made on an amiga found by the side of the road.

I originally thought the pimp smiliey was some creature from Final Fantasy..

    Smilies I REALLY hate:

--> looks really fake. If I was that excited, I probably won a million bucks.

-- *hands toilette paper from under the door*

--- how I look infront of a camera. SUPER creepy.

-- looks like the top of the hair is chopped off. I have an uncontrollable urge to draw it in.

---> too innocent looking for my liking. >: O

-- BAHHH cheezy to the MAX!!! ><!!!

    My favourites:

-- I frequently use this to describe how I feel
-- when I'm feeling a little cooler than I deserve to feel
--- the best shocked expression ever. That twitch is gold.
--- my response to a LOT of what people say on here.
--- Me at the Sexuality section
---- the angry old lady in me. Especially when I'm being demanding.
---- pretty much used 90 times a day.
---- when I've just committed nerdiness.
---- when I'm feeling particularly entitled, or careless >: D

    In this sequence... ...

and the king pin of all smilies and my favourite one to use:

Also known as the Kasper. I'm not a big fan either. (Of the smiley. Kasper's okay.)

    Agreed.

This guy looks like he's masturbating to something he shouldn't be. And he doesn't care.

If I'm already stupid, can I use as much as I want?

Yes, you can, and you can use if you're a slut. Just felt like saying how much I dislike ; infront of ) again, because totally incomprehensible smilies with no or multiple meanings annoy the ever living sh- out of me.

cracks me up. It's hilariously obnoxious and smug if said after you've presumably pushed someone's buttons. I think of it as the MacGuffin smilie.

I also enjoy a good sarcastic use of the smilie where appropriate, though I usually mean it in earnest when I use it. The allows me to be sympathetic without using gooey words. Very useful in blogs.

I truly hate the passive-aggressive smilie. He's overused, to boot.

I will challenge Jennifer for Purple Smilie Girl. I use her probably every other post I make and sometimes multiple times per post.

This is forever linked with Edahn. He's also inherently funny. I like him.

I hate this guy for no reason: :workout:

And I don't know why, but the regular smilie seems passive aggressive, too. It's like, "Yeah, douchebag. That's what I thought."

I love the new shrug smilie. He's adorable. I don't know why. And neither does he.

Is this guy new? No one ever uses him.

    My favourite smilies are and

Sometimes I'll use if someone has said something that's really confused me. I don't much use any of the others, apart from the odd when I think there's a chance someone won't pick up that I'm teasing (I should probably be more assiduous in using it actually). I prefer that to because it's less flirty/suggestive.
