Hm... benevolent dictator I think. I cannot really influence what politics do in a democracy either anyway, so if he is really benevolent it could be worse.

    Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

The dark purple colored ones in the cheap-ass original Ferrera-Pan bag. It's not quite grape, but it's chemically delicious.

Q: Do you ever try to recapture the feelings of the past, or do you prefer the constant progression forward?

I sometimes get caught up in nostalgia for the past, esp. when listening to music.

Do you associate past events/people with certain songs?

Absolutely. I think music is a lot like a framework to my past experiences and relationships. Like a map, even.

    Q: Same question!

Yes, in fact, I'll remember the most irrelevant of memories while listening to a specific song...

If you had to get rid of all types of music, but one genre, which genre would you chose to forever listen to??

Ooo good question.. and a hard one to answer, i have a wide taste in music and am always listening to something..usually to match the mood i'm in..or want to be in. Going along with that thinking i'd want music that puts me in a good mood..especially my favorite band (Weezer)... so i'll go with "indie" or whatever.

    Same question!

A: Absolutely, music is the soundtrack of our lives, why,

Bach wrote the soundtrack of the Church.
And Beethoven wrote the soundtrack of the Bourgeoise.
    While Mozart wrote music.

    Q: Soundtrack or music?

Music. Unless it's Pink Floyds "The Wall" in which case it's both. Soundtracks enhance, while music is whole. (if that's what you are meaning with the question).

    Favorite TV show theme song.
