The feeling is fleeting. I don't really feel proud of anything at the moment. I'm appreciative of a lot of things I have and happy about a lot of the stuff I have done but I think of pride as that flush of pride, that rush that comes on then dissipates.

What gives you a nice rush of adrenaline?

Riding my motorcycle, putting myself out there emotionally without knowing how it will go, and freefalling.

When was the last lengthy, pleasurable conversation ye had - and what was it about?

I picked up some suits and an overcoat and got them tailored a short while back.

Goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, veggies on top. Or, buffalo chicken.

This isn't weird, it actually works: when you're sick you can eat a clove of chopped raw garlic 3-5 times a day as a natural antibiotic, especially if you're also getting plenty of vitamin C, you won't even need prescribed anti-biotics. Garlic never becomes bacteria resistant, and is apparently one of the few things that will kill mrsa. It has to be chopped though and it has to be raw. Oh, and probiotics like plain yogurt can be helpful.

Do you have any rituals you do when you go to bed at night, or things to help you sleep better?

Always need a glass of water by my side. I always wake up early in the morning from thirst.

If you could have a useless super power what would it be? By useless I mean it could not conceivably be used to fight crime.

I'd like to have the power to telepathically have musical instruments play on their own... so then all the music inside my head can be composed with ease. Can't fight crimes with that, but it would be wicked awesome to be able to play a wind instrument and have keyboard accompaniment... and it's all controlled by my own brain. More efficient songwriting that way.

What's one thing you are looking forward to the most for the upcoming year?
