First horror movie you remember watching?

A: The Last Temptation of Christ at 5 years old. When I was little my family lived in a studio, so when my parents wanted to watch movies, they kept the volume down while I'd pretend to be a sleep. I peeked over my covers once during the movie to see Willem Defoe and Barbara Hershey going at it.

I honestly thought it was a horror movie.

Eardrums busted! I have kind of an eye squick, to the point where I can't wear contacts b/c it grosses me out. Enucleation is not an option.

What's the grossest food you've ever eaten?
Murphy Brown: What is it with us? Why can't we take the easy road once in awhile?
Avery Brown: Because it's boring and dishonest and uncomfortable, like wearing a pair of shoes all day that pinch your feet.

Grossest food? Probably this one random dumpling thing at a chinese buffet, basically deep fried crap. When I took a bite out of it literally grease got all over my chin, and I spit it out.

Q- If you could make something positive happen in your life in exchange for something equally negative, what would you choose for both?

    Positive?
For my loved ones to be healthy and out of harms way. I want nothing to happen to them while I'm alive or dead. They must stay this way until they are ready to go. Nothing bad would happen to them. Ever again.

    Negative?
Anything that would ensure the positive thing.

A: Passover, by far. I really like community and don't get enough of it. On passover night my family (60+ people now) gathers in my aunt's house. We all read, I make jokes, I shush people, and then eat, and then sing songs. I'm atheist, but I really enjoy it all for some reason. I don't analyze it too much because I don't want to convert it into an intellectual object.

Q: Have you ever thought about suicide?

A: Yes, I have. The day before I decided to get on anti depressants.

Q: Would you rather the world not have art or not have religion/faith? Keep in mind the implications of both.

    A: Edit to answer ^ question .

No religion/faith would be fine with me. The world would be such a bore with out art!
