The dull one. Frequently, what someone finds dull is a lack of understanding of what makes a person tick. The potential for growth would be greater with someone who's willing to learn with you. I'd be the spice he needs.
The debt ridden one has the potential to be a great personal cost financially and emotionally; combined with fantastic lovering skills and most likely the ego to match... nah.
