I could call her. PM me if you want. I'm not working today and have nothing better to do.

P.S. I could maybe get her to hook up with you via email.

Ok, so email her and see what she says. Tell her you've been posting about hanging yourself and people must die and cat's asses and see if that doesn't make her sit up and take notice.

Could be you were finding opening yourself up in that way or confronting difficult feelings tough to deal with, I think that's only natural. It's certainly a pretty common reason for people dropping out of therapy - to the frustration of therapists sometimes, who often have people leaving just when they think they might be getting somewhere with actually helping them!

Anyway, if it was going well that sounds positive; often people go through quite a few therapists before they find one who it really clicks with. Sometimes they give up on it too soon and have to confront their issues themselves with the help of medication or maybe family and friends. However, most people, unfortunately, don't have the kind of listening skills and understanding that people need, which is a good part of the reason why the therapeutic profession is necessary.

If there's a good therapist available, and you need the support, I think it is very likely worth doing. Try to trust your own instincts on this one.

Hang in there prpl. Anger is understandable when everything in life just descends on your like a pack of wolves and starts ripping you up. Just don't push everybody away, okay?

    I hope things get better.
