I'd guess what you need most of all right now is for someone to spend some time listening to you and hearing how you really feel; and for you to actually talk about that instead of mostly keeping it to yourself. And also to be told that you're fine as you are... you seem to be judging yourself very harshly over something and finding yourself wanting so far as I can tell - what that might be I have no idea.

Are your parents supportive? Do you have anyone you could talk to, like ragashree suggests? Where do you live? You could try looking up to see if there's an affordable health center near by if money's the issue. Check out this service linked to by the NIMH. You just type in your address.
Also, if it's an option, you could consider talking to any of the following, who could probably point you in the right direction:
Your family doctor
Student health clinic (you said you're a student) - in my experience they are usually pretty responsive/helpful
