So I am FINALLY sitting down after a full year of procrastination to take care of this paperwork and it turns out I need this one number that I can't find. The office I could call to ask closed an hour ago (at 3:30 pm!!!)

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

Some feminist facebook page shared this example of really lazy twitter rhetoric (based on a corruption of a literary quote). I'm not anti-feminist, but I'm anti people willfully negating Ti and emotively throwing away any iota of critical thinking. I'll decide whether or not I'm going to delete my comment, but don't want it to go completely to waste, so enjoy my rant
"With apologies to @MargaretAtwood: "Women are angry that men keep killing them. Men are angry that women can block them on twitter"
According to the FBI Expanded Homicide Data (2010)
"Of the 12,996 murder victims in 2010 for which supplemental data were received, most (77.4 percent) were male."
"Of the offenders for whom gender was known, 90.3 percent were males"
From this, it is evident by a substantial margin that female gender is a protective factor against getting involved in homicide at both ends. When a human being kills another human being, it is a very large majority of the time, a man killing a man.
Yes, there is horrific domestic violence that so often turns fatal, but this tumblr quip implies the false assumption most murder victims are female.
By sharing such a facile and intellectually lazy rhetoric, all whom proudly share this are just giving their facebook peers the heads up that they do not possess the instrument of critical thinking to form cogent opinions, and therefore, their opinion on anything should be ignored.

Food Network's Creamy Oatmeal recipe is much too thick and needs more than a 10 minute simmer time to soften up the oats; it's good but it could be so much better.Don't hate me because I'm right and you're not.
