Envy and depression is a bad combination. I want so much I can not have.

God DAMN is it hard to take the emotional high road and be a grown-up. I mean, at least I can recognize the grown-up high road when I see it. And I know it's the right road to take. But STILL.

I am so angry right now. I am livid. I don't think I have ever described myself as "livid" before.

And I'm a type 9. Forget rants. This is pretty much at "Hulk SMASH" levels.

But, as a type 9, however, I'm sure I'll be able to rationalize it after a good night's sleep.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

AFAIK, angry 9's are preeeeety scary when they are truly mad. Largely because, it takes something truly serious to get them to that point. Word of advice: don't just "forget it" or rationalize it. Try and make it into something productive. If you actually feel it at the level you describe, I'm willing to be there are tons of very valid and real reasons for it. That deserves attention and possibly moving to do something about it.

No worries. This is me being conscious of it. If it were in typical 9 mode, the post you quoted would Not. Exist. At. All.

    Still ... expect smashing.

My apologies, but I don't reveal details, even w/r to (former) friends.

Let's just say someone whom I trusted very much has violated that trust. The only benefit of the doubt that I have left is that that person isn't lying to me so much as lying to themselves.

Good, get smashing. I'm all for engagement with our real natures.

'One of (Lucas) Cranach's masterpieces, discussed by (Joseph) Koerner, is in it's self-referentiality the perfect expression of left-hemisphere emptiness and a precursor of post-modernism. There is no longer anything to point to beyond, nothing Other, so it points pointlessly to itself.' - Iain McGilChrist

Suppose a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?"
"Suppose it didn't," said Pooh, after careful thought.
