I bought Grand Theft Auto V a few days after it came out (week and a half ago, something like that) and was a little dismayed when I cracked it open and found the 'manual' was just a two-page pamphlet. The instructions are presented on-screen when you play, and if you need more info you can download an 'app' from the internet. The 'app' is the complete manual.
It's interesting if only for the very deliberate psychological warfare the stores' designers wage against the average consumer. Those Swedes are evil geniuses. The store is laid out in departments but it's not open plan like a regular department store. There's an entrance and an exit, and in order to get from one end of the store to the other you're supposed to walk along a marked path that meanders through the entire store. It forces the consumers to see EVERYTHING in the store; it's really quite brilliant.(and no the couch ain't Ikea, either.. I've never been in an Ikea)
