Depends on how the guy looks in it and why he's wearing it.

I've worn when getting into costume for a character; I think I have pictures somewhere around here of that... I wouldn't see myself really doing that otherwise unless I needed to be on stage or am doing something fun/silly.

Tis cool as long as the guy can carry it off.

I'm depply in love with Johnny. That mix of tortured artist / sensitive soul / intelligent + ambiguous is enhanced by smoky eye-liner.

I want to say the thread title is an oxymoron, but I think that's my inner redneck talking.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

Trust me. Long eyelashes, a frilly dress and myself/boy/men don't go well together, nor is it a good look.

I would not of minded so much if my parents dressed me like that as they are old fashioned people dinosaurs. But I can not even use that as an excuse, as out of the boys it seems only little baby Facarius wore a frilly dress and Pigtails. I think my parents wanted me to be a girl.

Falcarius runs off to find and destroy his baby pictures with his sickle claws. :steam:

And what about drag queens? Do you find them offensive? Hideous? Glamorous? I don't expect anyone to really confess it if they find them hot, but surely not everyone thinks they're revolting freaks, or they wouldn't make so much money doing what they do.

Men - do you/would you wear it? Women, do you/would you date guys who do?

    Your thoughts, please
Of course drag queens are hot if they pull off their persona ! That's their job! Hahaha.

Drag kings are pretty hot if they pull of their persona.

I think STRAIGHT men who wear make-up and not in a drag or even shock value kind of way have to be REALLY secure in their sexuality (or perhaps deluded? naah) and confident. Those are two very attractive qualities.

I remember I was an assistant make-up artist at this video shoot. It was a showcase of singer-songwriters. Of the 5 men, only 2 'submitted themselves' for makeup. The other three were very adamantly against it even though I explained it was just basic foundation and powder. Remember, Nixon refused make-up in his debate with Kennedy and see look what happened to him!

Everyone on the shoot had a nice persona, but those 2 men sat in the make-up chair I thought had the more comfortable/easy spirits. And they were so good-humored and chatty and I think also had the most liberal views on life.
